EDIRNE - Police seized on Tuesday 26 kilograms of heroin in northwestern Edirne province.
Acting on a tip-off, police searched a car with a Bulgarian license number which wanted to leave Turkey from Kapikule Border Gate and found 26 kilograms of heroin hidden in the gas tank.
Police have launched efforts to capture people who were involved in heroin trafficking.
