ISTANBUL - A blast took place in Kadikoy district of Istanbul yesterday. No casualties were reported.
The blast occurred in front of a clubhouse for retired officers in Kadikoy.
Sources said that the blast might have been caused by a resonant bomb, adding that a full investigation is under way.
