SAMSUN - Pierre Brunissen, French priest of the Roman Catholic Church in the northern city of Samsun who was injured in a knife attack last night, was discharged from hospital on Monday.
Priest Brunissen, 74, went to the church after being discharged from the hospital.
Meanwhile, interrogation of the assailant is still been continuing. He is expected to be transferred to the court later in the day.
Priest Brunissen was stabbed in his hip on Sunday night. Security forces detained a 47-year-old suspect who was described as being mentally ill.
