ANKARA - Ankara is pleased with the meetings which were held between Turkish and American technical delegations regarding the eradication of PKK/KADEK terrorist organization from the north of Iraq.
Ankara reminded the promises of Washington on fight against terrorism during the meeting and it gave the message that it was expecting the United States to preserve its convincing attitude and to act sincerely. The United States confirmed its determination on fight against terrorism during the meeting.
The process which started between Turkey and the United States is considered as a ''good message'' to terrorist organizations and two countries have common understanding regarding the issue.
Sides exchanged views on methods for fight against terrorism, rather than an ''action plan''. Sources said that the process would continue and the second part of meetings would be held in Ankara in the end of September.
