Fire In Factory In Gebze Extinguished

GEBZE - Fire which broke out in a dye factory in Gebze Organized Industry Zone near Istanbul was extinguished early on Saturday.
Officials told the A.A correspondent that firefighters extinguished the fire which started in the factory at around 3.30 p.m. on Friday after a 13 hour effort and stated that it was thought that the fire broke out as there was gas leakage in the filling unit of the factory.
AKUT searched the factory, but they did not find any person there.
It is estimated that the fire caused financial loss worth of 10 million U.S. dollars to the factory.
