Irtemcelik, Turkey's New Ambassador To Germany, Arrives In Berlin

BERLIN - Turkey's new ambassador to Germany Mehmet Ali Irtemcelik arrived in Berlin on Friday.
Irtemcelik will officially start his term in office after presenting his credentials to German President Johannes Rau next month.
Irtemcelik had worked as state minister, consultant of prime ministry and foreign ministry, and as ambassador in Amman and Sofia.
