ANKARA - Turkish Chief of General Staff Gen. Hilmi Ozkok returned from Azerbaijan to Turkey on Thursday.
During his visit to Baku, Gen. Ozkok was decorated with a medal of merit by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev for his contributions to development of the relations between Turkey and Azerbaijan.
