ANKARA - Three persons were arrested and sent to prison regarding the armed attack on the Council of State. ``S.K``, ``S.E`` and ``A.M`` were arrested after they testified.
These three were sent to Sincan prison on charges of ``attempting to change constitutional order, being member of a terrorist organization and acting against armed weapons law.``
An armed attack was staged on the chairman and members of the Council of State Second Chamber on May 17th. One of the members of the chamber, Mustafa Yucel Ozbilgin, died in the hospital after he underwent a surgery for injuries in his head. Four other judges including Mustafa Birden, Ayla Gonenc, Ahmet Cobanoglu and Ayfer Ozdemir were wounded.
