ANKARA - ``Anti-Terrorism bill does not restrict press freedom and freedom of expression,`` Turkish Justice Minister Cemil Cicek said on Thursday.
When the bill is debated in the parliament`s general assembly, main opposition Republican People`s Party (CHP) Konya deputy Atilla Kart stated that the bill included some restrictions on constitutional freedoms.
Cicek said that when they made arrangements regarding the bill, they took important steps regarding press freedom and freedom of expression.
Cicek added that those who would implement this bill in the following period should absorb the will of the parliament and the grounds of the bill
