DUSHANBE - Turkish State Minister Besir Atalay, who is currently in Tajikistan, attended ground-breaking ceremony of a potable water facility in Hisar town.
The facility will be constructed by the Turkish Cooperation & Development Agency (TIKA).
The project, which will provide residents in the town with potable water through a pipeline of 5,800 meters, will cost about 1.6 million USD.
Meanwhile, Atalay was received by Prime Minister Oqil Oqilov of Tajikistan earlier in the day.
