ISTANBUL - The Third meeting of the Investment Advisory Council of Turkey started in Istanbul on Thursday under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
Besides International Monetary Fund (IMF) First Deputy Managing Director Anne Krueger, World Bank Vice-President Shigeo Katsu and European Investment Bank President Philippe Maystadt, CEOs from 20 multi-national companies are in attendance at the meeting.
Turkish State Minister Ali Babacan, Finance Minister Kemal Unakitan, Industry & Trade Minister Ali Coskun, Union of Turkish Chambers & Commodity Exchanges (TOBB) Chairman Rifat Hisarciklioglu, Turkish Industrialists` & Businessmen`s Association (TUSIAD) Chairman Omer Sabanci, Turkish Exporters` Assembly (TIM) Chairman Oguz Satici and International Investors` Association (YASED) Chairman Saban Erdikler are also attending the meeting.
