ANKARA - While the World Bank revises its figures for the year 2001, it showed Turkey in the 20th rank among the big economies of the world.
Turkey is expected to be 17th or 18th growing economy in the year 2003 due to its fast growth in the last two years.
In the recent study of the World Bank, Turkey is shown as the 20th country with a gross national product of 386 billion dollars after South Africa, the Netherlands, and Argentina.
