ISTANBUL - CEOs of giant companies who participated in the Investment Advisory Council meeting in Istanbul think that Turkish government are implementing right macro-economic policies, said Andrew Vorkink, the World Bank Turkey Director.
In an exclusive interview with A.A correspondent, Vorkink said that the investors expressed positive views about Turkey`s reform program.
Thus, they expressed their satisfaction about not only last year`s practices, but also the practices planned for the rest of this year, he stated.
Recalling that the foreign capital inflow was up 4-folds last year and reached 9.5 billion USD, Vorkink forecast this year`s foreign capital inflow around 15-20 billion USD.
According to Vorkink, participants of the meeting think that short-term developments will not affect long-term investments, and announced Turkey as a primary investment country.
