ISTANBUL - Turkish Environment & Forestry Minister Osman Pepe returned from Kazakhstan to Turkey after participating in the Third Economic Cooperation Organization Ministerial Meeting.
Speaking to A.A correspondent at Istanbul`s Ataturk Airport, Pepe said that they mainly discussed eco-tourism in the meeting.
Pepe noted that he met his Kazakh and Iranian counterparts, and stated that Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan are all supporting Turkey`s EU membership bid.
``We discussed to launch joint projects covering three or four countries. We may implement projects including Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Iran and Turkey or Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Turkey,`` he added.
