EDIRNE - Gendarme forces captured on Tuesday 51 foreigners and two Turks who wanted to cross the border illegally in northwestern Edirne province.
Gendarme forces captured 17 Iraqis and 4 Bangladeshi who entered Turkey illegally in a lorry in Enez town of Edirne while they detained two Turks who wanted to sneak into Greece in Ipsala town.
Meanwhile, 30 people from Pakistan, Palestine and Iraq who entered from Greece to Turkey illegally were captured in Meric town.
Turkish citizens were transferred to Prosecutor's Office while foreigners will be deported following legal proceedings.
