ANKARA - Finance Minister Kemal Unakitan said on Tuesday that the additional budget was almost completed and noted, ''we will present it to the parliament in October.''
Replying to questions of reporters, Unakitan noted that the economic program was being implemented without any deviation and said that they did not predict any problems in reaching the year-end primary surplus of 6.5 percent.
Unakitan said that an agreement on rises in salaries of civil servants had not been reached yet, adding, ''rise in salaries doesn't impose any burden on the 2003 budget. We can pay the rises in 2004.''
