ISTANBUL - Turkish State Minister Kursad Tuzmen has indicated, ``if current developments continue, we revise our exports figures. Exports from Turkey will probably amount to 82-84 billion USD at the end of 2006.``
Prior to his departure for Geneva to attend the World Trade Organization (WTO) Ministerial Conference, Tuzmen held a press conference at Istanbul`s Ataturk Airport on Wednesday.
Tuzmen stated they earlier foresaw that exports from Turkey would reach 79 billion USD in 2006. ``But according to recent developments, exports will probably reach 82-84 billion USD by the end of this year,`` he added.
