Israeli Land Forces Commander Visits General Yalman

ANKARA - Israeli Land Forces Commander Yiftach Ron Tal visited on Monday Land Forces Commander Aytac Yalman.
Tal is paying a visit to Turkey as the official guest of Yalman.
Prior to the meeting, Yalman told reporters that relations between land forces of Turkey and Israel, two strong countries which have a determining role in the Middle East, were rooted in history.
Yalman noted that cooperation between the land forces of the two countries continued in military training, defense industry, science and technology.
Expressing belief that existing cooperation would be further improved with Tal's visit, Yalman said that they would have the opportunity to discuss some regional problems and contribute to solution of those problems.
