STRASBOURG - Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan will deliver a speech on ''freedom of expression & respect for religious beliefs'' at summer plenary session of Parliamentary Assembly of Council of Europe (PACE) in Strasbourg on Wednesday.
Sources said that Erdogan was expected to ask the Council of Europe to assume a more active role to boost dialogue among civilizations during his speech.
After addressing the summer session of PACE, Erdogan will hold a press conference.
PACE President Rene van der Linden invited Erdogan to Strasbourg last month to deliver a speech since PM Erdogan is the co-chairman of the Project on Alliance of Civilizations.
