-CHIEF PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE LAUNCHES INVESTIGATION, DAYIOGLU
MANAVGAT - ''Chief Prosecutor's Office has launched an investigation into the explosion that occurred in Manavgat town of southern city of Antalya on Sunday,'' Kasim Fikret Dayioglu, the Sub-governor of Manavgat, said on Monday.
''The blast was caused by an exploding gas canister at the restaurant,'' Dayioglu said.
Dayioglu indicated that 4 people died and 28 others were injured in the explosion, stating that those injured were under treatment in hospitals.
