ANKARA - Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan will deliver a speech on ''freedom of expression & respect for religious beliefs'' at summer plenary session of Parliamentary Assembly of Council of Europe (PACE) in Strasbourg on June 28th.
Sources said that Erdogan would address summer session of PACE during his visit to Strasbourg, France on June 27th and 28th.
PACE President Rene van der Linden invited Erdogan to Strasbourg last month to deliver a speech since the Turkish Prime Minister is the co-chairman of project on alliance of civilizations.
The general assembly will debate and vote a report on ''freedom of expression & respect for religious beliefs'' and a related recommendatory draft decision the same day.
On June 27th, Swiss Senator Dick Marty will present his report on alleged secret detentions (of CIA) and unlawful inter-state transfers of detainees involving Council of Europe member states- including Turkey.
