Turkey And Kyrgyzstan To Cooperate To Prevent Illegal Migration

ANKARA - Turkey and Kyrgyzstan will cooperate to prevent illegal migration.
A draft law on approval of the agreement between Turkey and Kyrgyzstan about reacceptance of their own citizens was submitted to the parliament on Friday.
The agreement foresees sending back a country's citizens who are in another country illegally. All costs of transportation of those people will be met by the country that sends them to their country.
The reason of the draft law said that there has been a big increase in mass flow of migration from East to West and South to North recently and stated that 274 Kyrgyz citizens who reside in Turkey illegally were captured in 2002.
It added that illegal migration became a threat against law and public order and a risk facilitating violation of human rights.
