SIVAS - Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan opened on Thursday Anadolu Agency's (A.A) ''News Photos' exhibition in central Sivas province where the cabinet meeting was held the same day.
Erdogan who opened the exhibition together with State Minister Besir Atalay, looked at the photos one by one.
Signing the special book of the exhibition, Prime Minister Erdogan wrote in the book that ''the exhibition is very rich with interesting photos. I congratulate all the photo-journalists.''
Anadolu Agency (A.A) Director General Hilmi Bengi who accompanied Prime Minister Erdogan and the ministers during the opening of the exhibition, also signed the special book.
''We are honoured by the opening of the photography exhibition composed mainly of awarded photos of A.A photo-journalists by Prime Minister Erdogan and State Minister Atalay in Sivas on the 84th anniversary of Sivas Congress,'' A.A Director General Hilmi Bengi wrote in the special book.
The exhibition was opened in historical Buruciye Madrasah which was turned into a centre of classical handicrafts.
Later Prime Minister Erdogan and the accompanying ministers left for Ankara.
