VIENNA - Turkish Parliamentary EU Adjustment Commission delegation led by Yasar Yakis met Parliament Speaker Andreas Khol of Austria in Vienna on Tuesday.
Prior to the meeting, members of the delegation held talks with Austrian Parliamentary Foreign Affairs Commission Chairman Werner Fasslabend.
Following the meetings, commission chairman Yakis told the A.A correspondent in Vienna that they informed Austrian parliamentarians on Turkey`s EU membership process and the Cyprus issue.
Meanwhile, the delegation expressed Turkey`s regret after the photograph of Prime Minister Ferdi Sabit Soyer of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) was covered with a piece of paper in an exhibition ``Europe with Pictures`` in Vienna.
Members of the delegation are expected to hold a news conference at the Turkish Embassy in Vienna later in the day.
