Exports From Antalya Increase By 42 Percent

ANTALYA - Exports from southern Antalya province increased by 42 percent and Antalya exported products worth of 152.26 million dollars in the first eight months of this year.
Antalya Exporters Union said on Tuesday that the region exported mostly vegetable and fruit worth of 74.81 million dollars. Exports of vegetable and fruit increased by 46 percent in the first eight months of this year when compared to the same period last year.
Officials said that they expected to gain a revenue worth of 200 million dollars from exports until the end of the year. Exports are mainly sent to EU countries.
