Foreign Ministry Reacts Against Evaluations Of Cologne Administrative Court On Turkish Judgement

ANKARA - Foreign Ministry stated on Monday that evaluation of Cologne Administrative Court on Turkish judgement was ''unacceptable'' in the cancellation of decision about the extradition of Metin Kaplan, son of Cemalettin Kaplan who is known as ''black voice'' in Turkey.
Foreign Ministry Spokesman Huseyin Dirioz recalled upon a question that Cologne Administrative Court had cancelled the decision regarding the extradition of Kaplan who was the leader of a formation that had terrorist initiatives against Turkish constitutional order and regime.
Dirioz said that German officials should evaluate the possible results of this decision on German public order and how much it coincided with the responsibilities of Germany in the struggle against international terrorism.
Dirioz said that ''Cologne Administrative Court based its decision on baseless assumptions and wrong, unjust, prejudiced and inconvenient evaluations about independent Turkish judgement'' and this was ''unacceptable''.
