ANKARA - Security forces impounded more than 1 million Captagon drug pills in an operation in Istanbul on Wednesday.
Acting on a tip-off, security forces stopped and searched a lorry in Istanbul.
During the search, they confiscated more than 1 million Captagon pills which were brought in from Bulgaria.
Fifteen people were detained in the operation.
Detainees said that they were planning to market the drug pills in Syria and the other Middle Eastern countries.
