ANKARA - Albanian Interior Minister Sokol Olldashi on Wednesday visited Turkish Interior Minister Abdulkadir Aksu.
Olldashi and an accompanying delegation are currently in Turkey upon the invitation of Aksu.
Speaking to reporters prior to the meeting, Aksu recalled that Turkey and Albania had earlier signed a cooperation protocol, stating that the visit was important to enhance ties between Albania and Turkey.
Aksu said, ''preparation of projects on cooperation against terrorism and organized crimes will be discussed during the visit of Albanian Interior Minister.''
''We will also assess what could be done for exchange of information and experience between the security forces,'' he noted.
The guest minister in his part stressed the need to strengthen bilateral relations to fight against terrorism and organized crimes.
Albanian Interior Minister is expected to return to his country on June 17th.
