Sureyya Ayhan Wins Silver Medal In Women's 1,500 Meters Final At 9th World Athletics Championship

PARIS - Sureyya Ayhan won the silver medal in women's 1,500 meters final at the 9th World Athletics Championships on Sunday.
A total of 12 athletes competed in 1,500 meters final at the 9th World Athletics Championship at ''Stade De France'' in Paris.
Tatyana Tomashova of Russia took the golden in 3.58.52.
Ayhan won the silver medal in 3:59.04.
Turkey won its first medal in its history of World Athletics Championships with Ayhan's success.
