KONYA - Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Abdullah Gul said on Friday that they would make an evaluation about the issue of sending soldier to Iraq after the return of delegation which held meetings in Iraq.
Gul replied questions of reporters about agenda in central Anatolian Konya city where he went to attend a funeral.
Upon a question on the activities of deputies who had gone to Iraq, Gul said that Turkey would build one hospital in Kirkuk and another one in Baghdad. Gul said deputies went to the region together with the delegation which was interested in this issue.
Gul said, the parliamentarians had some meetings in the region, stating that impressions of them would be evaluated.
Gul said, ''We have a big delegation which is holding meetings in the region about the issue of sending soldier to Iraq. Our delegation has important contacts. We will make an evaluation after reaching a result about impressions of delegation in Iraq.''
