EREGLI/EDIRNE - Turkish security teams arrested 157 illegal migrants in central city of Konya and northwestern city of Edirne, sources said on Monday.
Gendarmerie arrested 80 foreigners of Bangladeshi, Afghan and Pakistani origin in Eregli town of Konya.
On the other hand, security forces detained 77 illegal migrants of Iranian, Palestinian, Mauritanian, Afghan, Somalian, Iraqi, Pakistani, Georgian, Bangladeshi, Dominican and Syrian in Enez and Ipsala towns of Edirne.
The illegal migrants will be deported following legal proceedings.
