GRECO-TURCO
Greek Foreign Minister Theodora Bakoyianni called on Turkey for a Greco-Turco partnership like Germany and France did within the EU. Delivering a speech in Istanbul, Bakoyianni said that Turkey and Greece are friends, adding that EU mosaic will be diversified when Turkey joins the Union.
TAKSIM POLICE STATION: 96 INCIDENTS IN A DAY
Istanbul's Taksim Police Station is the busiest station of Turkey. A total of 96 incidents are recorded in 24 hours.

EIGHT-ARTICLE SOLUTION WITH GREECE
Turkish Foreign Minister & Deputy Prime Minister Abdullah Gul and Greek Foreign Minister Theodora Bakoyianni have signed an eight-article memorandum. As a result, number of confidence-building measures increased to 19. Under the memorandum, a telephone hot line will be created between the army chiefs of the two countries to prevent dog fights in the international air zone over the Aegean Sea.
EXHIBITION: ''GREAT MASTER OF SCULPTURE RODIN IN ISTANBUL''
Istanbul's Sakip Sabanci Museum is getting ready to host another important display after the exhibition ''Picasso is in Istanbul''. The exhibition ''Great Master of Sculpture Rodin in Istanbul'' will be inaugurated on June 13th. Auguste Rodin's 203 sculptures will be displayed in Istanbul, courtesy of ''Musee Rodin'' in Paris.

BAN OF HATAY TO FOREIGNERS
As more than 5 per thousand of (southern city of) Hatay was sold to foreigners, sale of real estate (to foreigners) in the city was banned till a further notice.
15 CHILDREN LOST IN ORPHANAGE
Governor of (northwestern) Sakarya unexpectedly visited boys orphanage. It was revealed that 15 children escaped from orphanage, and 6 of them have been missing for two years.

After 20 per thousand of territories in the southeastern city of Hatay was purchased by foreigners, sale of real estates to foreigners have been banned temporarily.

CONFIDENCE BUILT IN AEGEAN
Turkish Foreign Minister & Deputy Prime Minister Abdullah Gul and Greek Foreign Minister Theodora Bakoyianni have given positive messages. The two signed a memorandum. Under the memorandum, a telephone hot line will be created between the army chiefs of the two countries. Also, another telephone hot line will be set up between the two countries' air commands which will be operational by July 1st.
TWO PKK TERRORISTS KILLED
Two terrorists were killed in Silvan town of the southeastern city of Diyarbakir. Clash erupted between security forces and a group of members of terrorist organization PKK in rural area in the town. Two terrorists were killed in the clash.

LIMITS LIFTED IN KURDISH BROADCAST
Supreme Board of Radio and Television (RTUK) unanimously loosened the limit of 'Kurdish broadcast for 45 minutes a day and 4 hours a week'. Time limit was lifted for cultural programs like films and music.
MILITARY HOT LINE WITH GREECE
Greek Foreign Minister Theodora Bakoyianni and Turkish Foreign Minister Abdullah Gul prepared a new package of confidence building measures. Accordingly, a telephone hot line will be established between chiefs of general staff of the two countries. Also next month Greek Chief of General Staff will visit Turkey.

TURKIYE (RIGHT)

ANKARA WAITS FOR A RESPONSE
The EU-member countries have been trying to overcome the Greek Cypriot crisis prior to beginning of actual negotiations on June 12th. Turkey said that it would not allow Greek Cypriot vessels to use Turkish ports. If the Greek Cypriot administration does not take a step back, Turkish Foreign Minister & Deputy Prime Minister Abdullah Gul will not go to Luxembourg.
PEACE LINE WITH ATHENS
Turkish Foreign Minister & Deputy Prime Minister Abdullah Gul and Greek Foreign Minister Theodora Bakoyianni have signed a memorandum. Under the memorandum, a new border crossing will be opened, and the two countries will cooperate against floods on a river dividing the two countries. Also, a telephone hot line will be created between the army chiefs of the two countries.

Aircraft crash at Aegean Sea did not affect Turkish-Greek relations negatively. Foreign Ministers of the two country agreed on a confidence building measures package comprised of 8 items.
SOLUTION FROM MINISTRY TO CRISIS OF IMPORTED MEDICINE
Turkish Health Ministry started a new implementation regarding medicines which have not been found in the markets for 6 months. The ministry removed 14 medicines from equivalent medicine implementation.
