RAMALLAH - Turkish President Ahmet Necdet Sezer proceeded from Israel to Palestine on Thursday.
President Sezer was welcomed by Palestinian administration leader Mahmoud Abbas with a ceremony at Prime Ministry building in Ramallah.
Later on, President Sezer and Abbas co-chaired meetings between delegations of the two countries.
Prior to his arrival in Palestine, President Sezer visited the Temple Mount/Haram al-Sharif, the religious site in the Old City of Jerusalem, Israel.
