ANKARA - Industrial production increased by 7.1 percent in April 2006 over to the same month of 2005.
Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) made public on Thursday the statistics on industrial production for April 2006.
Accordingly, industrial production grew 9.1 percent (over April 2005) in mining sector, 7.5 percent in manufacturing industry and 2.6 percent in electricity, gas and water sector in April 2006.
