FIRST LIEUTENANT YAKUP Y. ARRESTED
ANKARA - First lieutenant pilot Yakup Y. was arrested on Wednesday within scope of an operation against a gang in Eryaman district of Ankara.
Yakup Y. was arrested on charges of taking military equipment and explosives to a house in Eryaman.
The number of people arrested in the operation rose to five.
Military personnel Murat E., Yasin Y. and Erkut T. as well as businessman Yunis A. were arrested last Saturday on charges of setting up organization to destroy unity of country and having explosives.
