German, Dutch And Austrian Tourists Prefer Antalya For Holiday

ANTALYA - German, Dutch and Austrian tourists who came to Turkey prefer southern Antalya province for their holiday.
Bilal Korkmaz, Turkey Travel Agencies Union's (TURSAB) Alanya Regional Executive Board President Bilal Korkmaz told A.A correspondent on Wednesday that 1.52 million German tourists, 1.28 tourists from Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), 480,104 British tourists, 373,960 Dutch tourists, 320,473 French tourists, 286,785 American tourists, 215,545 Austrian tourists, 187,991 Belgian tourists, 182,690 Israeli tourists, 165,914 Italian tourists, 123,162 Swedish and 107,983 Greek tourists came to Turkey in the first seven months of this year.
Korkmaz said that many of the tourists particularly Germans, Dutch and Austrians who came to Turkey preferred Antalya province for their holiday.
Korkmaz stated that the tourism revenues for the first months of this year decreased by 13.4 percent to 2.66 billion dollars when compared to the same period last year.
Last year, Turkey's tourism revenue was 5.95 billion dollars.
