KUSADASI - A boat carrying illegal migrants capsized off Kusadasi on Tuesday.
A Panamanian-flagged passenger ship rescued all 25 migrants who were on board the boat.
The migrants were taken to Kusadasi for medical treatment.
A full investigation into human trafficking is under way.
