BUCHAREST - Turkish State Minister Besir Atalay left Romania for Turkey on Monday.
Atalay represented Turkey at Black Sea Partnership & Dialogue Forum in Bucharest today.
Azerbaijan, Armenia, Moldova, Georgia, and Ukraine attended the forum at presidential level. On the other hand, Turkey, Greece and Bulgaria were represented in the forum at ministerial level.
Besides the Black Sea littoral states, representatives from EU member countries, United States, Norway, Israel and several international organizations participated in the meeting.
