Albanian Prime Minister Nano Returns To His Country

ISTANBUL - Albanian Prime Minister Fatos Nano who attended the wedding of Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan's son and who later underwent a surgical operation in his gall bladder, returned to his country on Saturday.
Speaking at Ataturk Airport before his departure, Nano thanked the Turkish state, people and doctors for their concern about him.
Nano said that he was very well treated in hospital, adding that he was also pleased as Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan showed very much interest in him.
Noting that Turkish and Albanian friendly relations had historical basis, Erdogan said that ''we will continue to support each other in trade and international relations. Prime Minister Erdogan and other administrators also launch efforts to this end. We will do our best to further improve the bilateral relations.''
