ISTANBUL - Police seized 207 kilograms of heroin in Avcilar district of Istanbul, said Istanbul Security Chief Celalettin Cerrah on Sunday.
He said, ''we have seized the heroin in a truck within the scope of an operation which has been pursued since April 4th.''
A total of 11 people were detained in the operation.
