MERSIN - The number of injured people rose to 13 after the explosion happened in front of a buffet in southern city of Mersin on Saturday.
Security Department officials said that a hand grenade controlled with a mechanism of cellular phone caused the explosion that occurred in front of a buffet at Enteller Street.
Injured people are being treated in Mersin State Hospital and Private IMC Hospital. Their conditions are not serious, added the Department.
Officials said that an investigation is underway.
