ISTANBUL - Turkey's leading media-entertainment conglomerate Dogan Yayin Holding's subordinate television and radio broadcasting corporation 'Dogan TV Radyo Yayincilik A.S.' (Dogan TV) will set up a joint venture with Television Francaise 1 (TF1).
Sending a statement to Istanbul Stock Exchange on Friday, Dogan Yayin Holding said that Dogan TV and TF1 had signed an agreement in France regarding the establishment of a joint venture based in Turkey that would operate in the teleshopping sector.
According to the statement, the joint venture which would serve ''homeshopping consumers'' would have at least 50 thousand YTL (32.2 thousand USD) of capital.
