1659 Persons Applied To Benefit From Reassociation Law And 305 Of Them Were Released

ANKARA - Feyzullah Arslan, the Spokesman of the Security Directorate General and Deputy Security Director said on Friday that totally 1659 members of terrorist organizations applied to benefit from the Reassociation Law to date and that 305 of them were released from prison.
Arslan noted that persons who applied to benefit from the law outside prison were 150.
Speaking in the weekly news conference, Arslan stated that applications to benefit from the law were easier if the person was in prison, stressing that they expected more members of terrorist organizations who lived in the mountains or in rural areas to apply to benefit from the law in the coming days.
