11th International Nemrut Commagene Festival To Start On September 5

GAZIANTEP - The 11th International Nemrut Commagene Festival will be held in Kahta town of southeastern province of Adiyaman between September 5 and 7, 2003.
Adiyaman Governor's Office told the A.A correspondent on Friday that a number of institutions including the Ministry of Culture and Tourism had been supporting the festival.
Famous Turkish singers Tuluyhan Ugurlu and Leman Sam will give concerts during the festival in Nemrut which is also knows as ''Heavenly Throne of Gods''.
Nemrut Ruins are included in the World Cultural Heritage List of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
Nemrut is also known as one of the best places in the world to watch dawn and sunset.
