A New Political Party Formed In Northern Cyprus

LEFKOSA - A new political party named ''Solution and the European Union (EU) Party'' was formed under the leadership of Chamber of Commerce Chairman Ali Erel in Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) on Thursday.
Holding a press conference following legal proceedings, Erel said, ''the main target of our political party is to provide a solution on the island and become a member of the EU as of May 1, 2004.''
