Gonul: We Will Take A Decision Whether Or Not To Send Soldiers To Iraq In Accordance With Results Of Technical And Military Assessments

GOLCUK - National Defense Minister Vecdi Gonul said on Thursday that they would take a decision whether or not to send soldiers to Iraq in accordance with results of technical and military assessments.
Gonul paid a visit to Mayor Ismail Baris of Golcuk town of northwestern province of Kocaeli.
Responding questions of journalists about the issue of dispatch of Turkish soldiers to Iraq, Gonul said, ''we will take a decision in accordance with results of technical and military assessments. Then, the government will bring the issue onto parliamentary agenda.''
