SHANGHAI - Turkish Labor & Social Security Minister Murat Basesgioglu proceeded from Beijing to Shanghai on Wednesday.
Commenting on People's Republic of China's social security reform, Basesgioglu said, ''China is still at the beginning of the path.''
Noting that it is difficult to restructure the social security system in a highly-populated country like China, Basesgioglu said, ''they have launched the process from cities, and they will deal with villages later.''
Basesgioglu will depart from China tomorrow.
