Turkish - Greek Friendship In Gokceada

GOKCEADA - Thessaloniki Folk Dance Group and Gokceada Municipality Community of Culture and Art performed a show together in Kalekoy district of Gokceada, the island of northwestern Canakkale province on Monday.
Turks and Greeks living on Gokceada watched the show together.
Nikos Douldouris, speaking on behalf of Athens Association of Imroz (Gokceada) said that they were pleased to be invited to the festival organized by Gokceada municipality and that the friendship ties between Turks and Greeks further strengthened with this festival.
Within the scope of the summer festival which will continue until August 13, Thessaloniki Folk Dance Group, Greek singer Glikeria Fotiadou, Tekirdag Education Centre and Folk Dances Group, and Turkish singers Cem Sag and Atilla Kýlýclar will also take stage.
