ERZURUM - Umut Turkmen, a child who was seriously injured in Ulalar blast on Saturday and receiving treatment at the Erzurum Aziziye Research Hospital, died today, increasing the death toll to 4.
Meanwhile, Erzincan Governor Ali Gungor said that yesterday's blast was caused by a time bomb. ''This bomb incident shows that terrorists have no respect for the life of neither the children nor the elderly,'' told Gungor.
The blast took place inside a garage while those 4 children were playing nearby.
