ERZINCAN - Two children who died due to a blast in a garage in Ulalar town of eastern city of Erzincan have been identified as Mert Celep (6) and Orhan Oguz (12) today.
Two other children, Umur Turkmen and Cem Celep, have been taken to a hospital in Erzurum.
The cause of today's blast is not certain yet.
